Adam Warrior or not?
Genesis 3: 1-15
The Fall
Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”  The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’”   “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman.  “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”   When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.  Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.  Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden.  But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?”  He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid."  And he said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?”  The man said, “The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.”  Then the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?”  The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”  So the Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, “Cursed are you above all livestock and all wild animals!  You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life. And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring[a] and hers; he will crush[b] your head, and you will strike his heel.”

Was Adam a Warrior?
Was there an enemy?
Why did Adam not do anything about eating the fruit?
Was their evil before Adam ate the apple?

We also talked about:
Isaiah 45:7 - "
I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster;  I, the Lord, do all these things."
Psalm 34:21 - "
Evil will slay the wicked; the foes of the righteous will be condemned."

Their was allot of conservancy and was great to hear the guys try to wrap their heads around all of this.

Conclusion:
Yes Adam was a warrior.  He had an enemy. His weapon was the same as ours.  It was the word of God.  All Adam had to do was say "NO, GOD SAID NO!" In weakness this did not happen and we see our first sign of Jesus's coming and his triumph as the second Adam. Gen 3:15 "I will put enmity between woman and you and between your offspring and hers: he will crush your head and you will strike his heel.

Adam I don't see your point you are kind of importing a relatively new concept into the fall if I understand. Adam was RIGHTEOUS simply right with God, everything was "very good" a much higher state than us but lower than after death and resurrection. Adam knew only good which is a foreign concept to us. However it does seem clear he had the similar in temptation. Remember most of that part of Genesis is anthropomorphic but Adam was "clothed" with God's righteousness. I'll tell you a GREAT STUDY "How far did man fall" it's fascinating and edifying been going on forever IE Did Adam lose the image of God. Answer is no. Did he become spiritually dead? Yes I did a study on if he went to Heaven their is a remarkable amount of information in the bible much in the psalms many solid theologians think no others yes but without support we sort of take it for granted. Anyways ALWAYS open to debate or talk with kindness and respect with you seems you have a heart and gift for knowing the things of God its much fun also a ministry

Well said above:) That's mine! It is a strange question, we don't even have a real definition of warrior, someone who fights in their own strength or leans on the Lord or both. I did think about it and the answer must be "No" in the context you are asking, the reason is that we KNOW GOOD AND EVIL, Adam only knew good, this was a new concept to him, it's like asking someone whose never touched water "Do you like the feel of water". When we have a temptation, we know, experimentally what the results can be, regret, pain, suffering, etc. that come from sin, Adam did not. We can only SPECULATE as to what he went through in his mind and heart, we can't important our fallen nature to someone who was righteous, probably used his entire brain, and as most speculate SHINED with the glory of God! I wish I really knew what you were asking.

Adam still knew that it was wrong to eat the fruit, because God told him not to. If he had stood up to the enemy he would have one the first enemy attack. He was called to battle the enemy he knew what to say and who God was. Jesus became our savior because of the disobedience. Adam might not have know the word war or evil but it still happened. He still knew that it was wrong. He also did not know what a sword was since it had never been used. Yet a flaming sword flashed back and forth guarding the way to the tree of life.
